When my 20+ year relationship & marriage broke down in 2017 I found myself bewildered and lost, trying to move through my own grief and emotions all while supporting my 3 young sons through the process.
I often found myself alone and lonely since my family lives across the globe from me while being the first of my friend group to go through a divorce— that first year (ok, maybe it was 2 years) was a complete and utter sh*t show.
When I discovered coaching in general and divorce coaching in particular in 2020, I vowed that no woman, friend or client, would ever have to go through the same long season of navigating this heartbreak alone.
I now help women (and men!) get through one of the hardest times of their lives, offering the support and accountability I wish I had had, during my own post-divorce journey.

1:1 Coaching: 12 weeks to elevate your life
A customized 12 week program that gives you the space and ability to be seen, heard and understood by someone who has been where you are. Someone to turn to when you feel alone or angry, so that your divorce becomes simply the end of a relationship rather than more drama and hurt.
Together we look at your current goals and habits and change what is no longer working for you or helping you grow by creating and implementing new ones for you.
