I’ve been teaching movement for over 11 years, working with beginners, women recovering from injuries, post-partum and women starting again after years away.
I also love to work with women who already love movement but are tired of punishing themselves and making their bodies a problem they have to fix.
My work focuses on what your body can already do and how to build from there.
I’ll guide you out of your comfort zone in a way that feels supportive and empowering, not like you just walked into bootcamp. You’ll leave our sessions feeling like the badass that you are.
